- Registration fee: $35 ($25 if postmarked by May 21)
- Event fee: $10 per event

Registration Rules:
- No on site registration is authorized.
- Each participant will be guaranteed a minimum of three games.
- USBC card is not required in order to participate.
Format/Rules:
- Bowlers may participate in singles, doubles or mixed doubles in any of the three sessions.
- With regard to the awarding of medals, if you can't be present when awards are determined, please make arrangements with others to accept them for you. We don't have the resources to mail medals.
