- Registration fee: $35 ($25 if postmarked by May 21)
- Event fee: $10 per event

Registration Rules:
- Participants will compete as individuals within their gender and within the Senior Games age divisions 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, etc.
Format/Rules:
- 2 rounds of 18 holes of golf will be played.
- Medals will be awarded to participants with the lowest score in each division.
- Tournament will be conducted in accordance with PDGA rules.
